CNC Routing

We have recently upgraded our CNC router to a modern servo-driven 5' x 8' machine with zoned vacuum table and tool changer which we use to machine and profile larger panels which will not fit into a conventional machining centre.

A variety of techniques are possible including rebating and machining inlays, profiling work etc. The toolchanger allows multiple operations to be undertaken automatically without user intervention.

Although we no longer take on the site work involved in fitting, we do undertake signmaking work.
